Best residential proxies 2026

Residential is the pool most people end up on, and the one where the marketing is loudest. The differences that matter between networks are narrower than the advertising suggests, and three of them are checkable in a few minutes.

Countries you can select, not addresses somebody counted

A residential network is useful to you in the countries it will actually let you target. That list is short enough to publish and specific enough to check, which is why it is published far less often than a pool size. If a country you need is not selectable, the size of the pool is irrelevant to you.

Sticky session length decides what you can do

Anything with a login, a cart or a multi step form needs one address held for the whole flow. Networks differ in how long they will hold one, and a window shorter than your longest flow produces failures that look like blocking and are not. Check the maximum sticky duration before anything else if your work has state in it.

Rotation on a logged in session is the classic mistake

An account whose address changes every request looks exactly like a stolen account driven from a botnet. This is the single most common way careful people get flagged, and no network is good enough to make it work. It is a configuration choice, not a provider quality.

End to end speed is a property of the exit, not the provider

A residential exit sits on a consumer connection, so one to two seconds end to end is normal on any network. A provider promising datacenter speeds through residential addresses is describing its gateway and letting you read it as the whole path.

What to buy

Pick on selectable countries and sticky session length, then verify with a small order. Our residential coverage is listed per country and our sticky window runs to three hours, both of which you can check before buying.

Common questions

Are residential proxies worth the price over datacenter?

Only against targets that inspect what kind of network an address belongs to. Where they do, datacenter traffic fails and the cheaper rate buys nothing. Where they do not, residential is money spent on trust you did not need.

How long can a residential session hold one address?

It depends on the network. Ours holds a sticky session for up to three hours, which covers essentially any single flow. Match the window to your longest flow rather than to the maximum on offer.

Try it against your own target

Metered bandwidth is billed per gigabyte and does not expire, so testing a small amount against the site you actually care about costs very little. See what the network covers if you have not seen it.
